How to run Ghost One on Windows Server 2003?

I´ve rented a Windows Server 2003 and uploaded ghost one. Run ghostone.exe as administrator and configure everything. But when i press "run ghost" it does NOTHING!. So, i closed it and run Ghost.exe (no visual) and it says Ghost.exe could not run because configuration is invalid. Please reinstall the program for fix it.

But when i move THAT SAME FOLDER to my Windows 7 PC, and run it , it works GREAT, ghostone and ghost.exe both run great...

So i think im having a requeriments minimum problem. This server contains only Windows Server 2003 and i think i need some other thing. Visual basic? .net? frameowork? But if i havnt got that, how can ghost one start? (GUI start great) but when i press run ghost it does nothing...

i cant install that, the server only have open ports, not internet free for download. Is there a offline installer? because that installer download from internet the files...

ive installed sucessfully Visual C++ redistributable 2008 86x but im getting the same error!. Ghost One runs great but dont work i mean, it open but on GUI does nothing when i press start. If i try to run ghost.exe i got the error commented on the first post!. Please help me, i got a gameserver buyed this month and i dont wanna loose the money without testing the bot!

SOLUTION : Install Framework 3.5 solve the problem.!
